1. Products can only be exchanged if the Products returned are deemed by Ossumbazaar to be faulty.
2. All Products should be unworn and unused and should be returned with the complete original packaging
3. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
4. In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
5. In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
6. Exchange or return will be done at delivery place only.
7. We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment mode was COD (Cash on Delivery), we will send you the cash on the delivery address.
8. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed on the next day.
9. We have one week return period starting from the purchase date.
